UPSC IES Exam was divided in two parts
1 Written Test – written test is for 1000 marks in which 600 marks is allotted to objective which consist general ability Test, English subject, general studies and rest 400 marks include technical test i.e. Objective technical. . There will be negative marking of 1/3 on each wrong answer.
2 Interview of 200 marks- IES Interview exam conduct by UPSC. Those candidates who clear IES written exam go for interview. This complete personalities test that is your presence of mind, knowledge, way to talk, behavior all the thing which related to your personality. Candidates have must be clear both cutoffs to selection.
